Am I allowed to create a new channel, or must I use an official “Request new channel” process? I want to follow YouTube’s policies and avoid circumvention.

@TeamYouTube Hi @TeamYouTube, I’m not requesting another appeal. My channel was terminated 2+ years ago. I’m trying to check eligibility for the “Request new channel” pilot, but I can’t access YouTube Studio with that account due to a sign-in error. Can you help me access/check eligibility?

Hi @TeamYouTube, my channel was removed for 'Spam/Scams' over 2 years ago (URL: https://t.co/cpa4G9fY8K). I believe this was a mistake as I strictly follow Community Guidelines. Could you please help me re-review this appeal? Thanks!🥺
