NO, Tarun Tejpal you have been convicted for the crimes you committed.
Umar Khalid, Sharjeel Imam and Gadling are in jail because they challenged this authoritarian, communal, anti people regime. They have committed no crime.
Yes the State has the knife out for Tarun Tejpal.
So now we are watching the State. Will the State swiftly file an appeal and the SG lead the charge and argue against the Brij Bhushan Singh acquittal, in the wrestlers sexual harassment case? We will call the State out for its duplicity.
And to ALL the enablers, who maligned the young woman in the Tarun Tejpal case, and who take refuge under the "feeble no", and insidiously ensure their social rehabilitation, you are part of the problem.
You know who you are, and so do we.
@IndianExpress@DeeptimanTY Bhagwat's performative youth outreach is nothing but the usual RSS stereophony : whisper love and shanti even as Parivar affiliates inflict violence. Such PR stunts are meaningless as student protesters continue to be attacked and harrassed. Such deception won't work anymore
Children demanding teachers. Aspirants demanding honest exams. Villagers resisting displacement. Coastal communities fighting mining. Not a singular, pan-India movement, but they all contain one message: more Indians believe they must become a crowd before the state will listen. My essay on the protests breaking out across India (link in replies):
Bhagwat Sir,
Gen Z also seems to be very good in sensing BS from a mile away. Unlike Boomers (you) & Millennials (me) - they don't fall for useless words or assurances.
They look for action.
Like pellet guns being fired on them without any accountability, doxxing of young women who dared to abuse, multiple FIRs for just questioning authorities & the Govt. moving in to censor Instagram.
कथनी और करनी में कुछ तो समानता होनी चाहिए, नहीं तो Gen Z मज़ाक़ बनाके रख देगा !
Gen Z doesn't follow blindly.
After Mohan Bhagwat’s dialogue with 2000+ students in Mumbai, these young minds questioned, applied pure logic & formed their own views.
No hero worship. Just independent thought.
This is the real face of India’s new generation.

Modi could be in serious trouble even if BJP wins the UP election because " there is no reason to believe that this government knows how to handle the economy, let alone create employment."
Sharp Edge: As popular as Modi is,his popularity & the BJPs vote share are much lower than Indira Gandhi at her peak. But student protests in the 70s damaged Indira & led to her defeat.
If you claim to be Supreme Leader then you become the Supreme Target and could end up with a Supreme Fall. It’s a lesson worth remembering as the BJP struggles to recover from it’s worst crisis since Modi became PM

🇵🇸: Palestinians in Gaza held a mass funeral for 112 members of the Hassayna and Abu Sharia families. Their remains were recovered from beneath the rubble nearly 3 years after an Israeli airstrike killed them.
The victims included 40 children, 38 women and 7 people with disabilities.
It was the largest mass funeral in Gaza’s history.
@rakeshshuk25271@Priyaa_Purohit At least be fresh enough to create some new abuse. Even IT cell morons of BJP don't use it anymore.
Ask your PM to do just one unscripted press conference before he's swept away.
@htTweets You should be ashamed to print such unsubstantiated muck in the name of journalism. It's just a hit job for the discredied BJP regime. Reports like these can only speed up the rapid descent of your (and mainstream media's) credibility.

Saddened by the tragic death of legendary mountaineer Nirmal “Nims” Purja in the Broad Peak avalanche. A towering son of Nepal, he inspired millions to believe that the impossible could be made possible. Watched his Netflix documentary 14 Peaks, a testament to courage, grit and an indomitable spirit. RIP. Om Shanti 🙏 https://t.co/bSqAqV0TjV
