i think universities are fundamentally broken. think back to it - outside of lectures, you might have office hours twice a week. that's ridiculous. tuition is basically the financing engine for academic research. big need for schools like @LambdaSchool to reinvent this model

Gauge temperament of other person, alter yours + respond.

Ask precise questions to uncover truth fast.
