A daughter, a sister, a wife, a mother, a legend of British sport.

It's been quite an adventure.

And I'm sure Helen will continue to inspire many of us for years to come.

It's one thing to win European, World and Olympic titles but another to continue to be a constant positive influence to people old and young in Cornwall and beyond.

I feel lucky to have been able to share a very, very small part in Helen's journey.
