@HarryStebbings Given the rise of gaming globally and the infrastructure required to support its expansion, Iโd suggest a thesis-driven up-and-comer such as @LloydDanzig of Sharp Alpha.
@TakeMeTo2112@RohunJauhar Yeah thatโs not ideal but if I was betting money on it, my guess is thatโs a symptom of a much larger cultural issue within the org than the physical act of the check in.
@TakeMeTo2112@RohunJauhar โHire good people and let them workโ is a great strategy but checking in on progress while still allowing them flexibility in how they achieve goals is equally important and also, not micromanagement.
@TakeMeTo2112@RohunJauhar Creating internal team comms that help people stay in touch with what others on the team are doing is not micro-management. This comes down to intention and I do agree that something like this could easily become micromanagement with wrong intentions.
I think this is one of the more interesting early stage gaming concepts out there given the lack of focus on motor sports today and the growing popularity of the sport (thanks to Netflix). Congrats @RossFruin

@bryancrumpler@roshanpateI Certainly, there are some things you can do to tell a compelling story without money... What about market research that supports your thesis? Product mockups? An MVP? (if you can't build one yourself, what about a co-founder)
