CASTLEBRAE | Was a great day out for the S2 SoR. They showed some of the best rugby they’ve played all season after working hard all year. Some new players playing in their first ever games and some playing a few. Was great to see them cheering on each other.

CASTLEBRAE | What a great afternoon down at Inch Park. Good fun hosting a set of emerging schools fixtures in Partnership with @CastlebraeCCC. A lot of rugby played by the 75 players in an 8 team round robin. Big well done to Cashback Ambassador Kuba for his efforts refereeing

NATIONAL SQUAD | Massive congratulations to two of our past U18s and last years Modern apprentice Merryn and Alex in being selected as part of the wider 6 nations training squad. This is very well deserved for two of the hardest workers out there and we are all delighted for you.

GIRLS RUGBY | Great to see 2 of our U16 girls part of the regional game series after attending the assessment day as part of Scottish rugbys pathway system. The U18s followed with 7 players invited to take part in the games. Great to see these players develop through the program.

CCR | Was great to have Alex from @athlete_focused down today giving the players some education and thoughts on all things nutrition 💪 this was very beneficial and can’t wait to see them implement some of these healthy habits through pre season and beyond.

MA’s| Earlier this month one of our MAs Rio finished up with us at EHQuins. It’s been great to see Rio develop over his time with us from player to coach and colleague. He has gone from strength to strength over his year with us and has a made a big impact on so many young people
