@adampaters0n Completely understand not wanting sportswashing or Qatari ownership. However I would class a 7bn offer for a market evaluation of 3.5bn as an attempt to ‘blow competition out the water’. I don’t think they ever wanted to sell fully and only will when it’s convenient for them.

I never understand why lower table teams completely sit behind the ball after going 1-0 up. The opposition have the better quality players and you just invite relentless pressure. Best of just keeping the pressure that got you the goal and compete further up the pitch? 🤔
