@KySportsRadio@CharlesK31934@jtparsley No, it’s not. You might find a source that says it’s an insignificant amount higher but others show it’s slightly lower. There is no significant difference one way or the other.
@KySportsRadio@CharlesK31934@jtparsley Inflation has slowed despite tariffs and the cost of goods has leveled off and gone down slightly. Even the DNC tweet the other day showed that.
@therealTM_1@KySportsRadio Meh. Parity keeps more markets interested which means more money. This is why the NFL designs their schedule and draft to promote parity.
@therealTM_1@KySportsRadio There is not a lot of parity in football. The longer the sport continues without a cap, the more people who are fans of teams not at the top will lose interest and migrate more interest to the NFL.
@therealTM_1@KySportsRadio It’s the only sustainable way. They are going to lose a huge part of their fan base when 95% of the teams won’t really be able to compete. They make a crazy amount of money. They can either make a little less or potentially lose it all.
@therealTM_1@KySportsRadio Why? All they care about is money and football generates enough to pay them as employees. It’s makes more sense for the majority of teams to fall in line with this plan than to become irrelevant when they can’t compete with the powerhouse teams for NIL.
