Sir request you to kindly look into the matter as without doing anything on my complaint BSNL customer care is sending me compliance report and also coustomer care asking the customer to call tomorrow without giving any reason.

My complaint against telephone no 03192231198 with registration no 1502375757002 was registered on 24.05.2019. and i received a message on 25.05.2019 stating that the complaint was resolved.
Sir, kindly note nothing was done against the complaint.

Today 05.06.2019 i called 1500 to register the complaint but the call dropped in between after about one minute , i again called 1500 but the gentleman out there straight away told me that complaint cannot be taken today and i have to call back tommorrow.
