@spikedonline You do know Natural England have instigated a stealth ban on cats? The development exclusion zone around some heaths etc. is in place to stop more cats moving into the area. I was told this by natural England themselves.

@lyngardner I’m a director of a Fringe venue as well as performer so see the situation from both sides. A bond would certainly add extra cost to venues - which would kill us - and why would you think the Fringe trustworthy? I can tell you a number of things about Fringes - but not here. 1/2

Anybody else having trouble with @santanderuk account cards? Security keeps declining purchases despite me contacting Santander and making a complaint. Haven’t managed to make a transaction on them in weeks.

@santanderukhelp Yes, because it’s easier to block customer complaints on the phone. How can you say you provide a gold standard customer service when you ignore your customers and don’t give them direct access to the complaints team. @santanderuk

@santanderuk getting to the end of my tether with you. I’ve contacted you three times, raised a complaint and still nothing. The security issue on my cards is adversely affecting my business and my personal life. I am now seeking compensation and the amount I will go up weekly.

@santanderukhelp Really? Every time I use either my business account card or personal account card security blocks it. I get the text message treatment and the payment doesn’t go through. EVERYTIME. Haven’t been able to make a payment on either card for weeks.
