It has been taken too far , I personally walk the rail to trails 5 days a week with a friend , we see seniors, people walking their dog , children walking. I can honestly say that in the last 16 years I have never seen a smoker on it . I agree with the fire ban and no ATV’s .However, I think this is a big overreaction.
