Hey, I'm Ayliana or Ayli works too.
You might have heard of me from the Prime timeline's Kyrah talking about her adopted daughter. Yeah, that's me. Well, kind of.
In the Umbral things are different.
Instead of me dying it was my mother Kyrah who died.
I lost my biological family.
I lost my adoptive mother.
If anyone.
Any-fucking-one.
Tries shit with me I got nothing tying me down in this life.
I'll take us both down with a smile
Brutally rips the head off of a Tusk Grineer's body and kicks it hard. Ayliana holds up her hand to block out the sun as she watches the head fly through the air. The head crashes down in the middle of a camp and instantly triggers an alarm.
"10 points!"
Ayliana's head tilted to the side scrutinizing the man before her who she knew as her uncle. The corner of her lips twitched upwards faintly with amusement.
"Lead the way, then."
Her mouth parted and on the tip of her tongue was a snarky remark-
But the tension in his body held it there. Her gaze cut through the nearby crowd scanning for hostility. Bouncing from eyes, looking for any that drifted their way. To mouths, listening for words mentioning them
+ head tilting just partially.
“... Your void signature.. Who and what are-...”
His words came to a stop the moment he caught the world around the two of them continuing on as though nothing happened, a reality check that grounded him in that instance.
“.. We can't talk here.”
To hands, checking for weapons.
Her gaze drifted back to the man she knew to be her uncle with an arched eyebrow. She suspected it had something to do with the purchase he had made moments before she connected with him.
"Actually... I don't know where or what happened to Umbral timeline's Kal." Her shoulders sunk inward, she hadn't known her uncle for as long, "I don't want to assume he's dead but... Chances are likely."
As Kal walked through the door, Ayliana turned to face him. Her gaze taking in the cloaked figure before meeting his gaze under the hood. She let out a soft breath before starting, "Hello, uncle-"
She tapped the power button on the holo-pad and stashed it in a satchel. Sea moss colored eyes met his and she inclined her head in a direction away from the crowd. She turned and walked through a doorway that lead to a quiet hall.
+ He finished his purchase and collected a small containment for a radioactive core, securing it within his suit... Then he turned his gaze to meet with the pink-haired stranger... Or who he thought was a stranger... Already analyzing her stature for the potential risk of attack.
And she wasn't sure how he was going to take seeing... Her.
After all, she wasn't *her*.
Meaning this timeline's Ayliana.
She knew she looked different. Certainly older than the other, by about 12 years. Give or take.
Ayliana glances down at a holo-pad for a moment before glancing back up at @VerseXWalker.
"Yeah, that's them alright."
She was, of course, half way across the relay. Watching Kal from a distance. Observing. It was her way of making sure her mother in this timeline was safe.
"I was." Sea moss eyes turned up from the holo-pad and tapped the screen off before the other could read anything off of it. Casually, she brought her coffee to her lips and took a sip.
"Now, I'm not one to beat around the bush. How do you know, Kyrah?"
🌑 When she would look up from her holo-pad, Valencia would be a few inches away as she was studying the other quite extensively
“You’re a new face. How come you were looking at me earlier?”
Ayliana stares at @Crites900WF from over her cup of coffee in the Strata relay. She momentarily breaks eye contact to glance at the holo-pad she has. On it is a list of names and faces that are or have been in contact with Prime timeline's Kyrah.
"Valencia... Hm."
"And it's not like I'm the same person, either. If I recall correctly, Prime me was 13 when she died? Last I checked I'm double the age." Her pointer and thumb began to pinch and rub the jacket fabric.
"Would she even recognize me?"
Ayliana narrowed her eyes at him and promptly crossed her arms over her chest, "I didn't said I was going to kill her immediately."
Her gaze softened and she turned her head away, "I want a different outcome for her too. I have ideas, I just don't-"
Ayliana's shoulders tensed and fingers dug into the fabric of her jacket as she shook her head, "No, I haven't. I still don't know if I should. From the reports, Kyrah hadn't done so well when Prime me bit the dust. What is seeing me going to do to her?
