In Jersey the Rotary Club of Jersey Good Companions Club is doing wonderful work. Some of our members can visit the GCC under strict COVID 19 precautions. Others have hot meals delivered by the GCC very day.

My daughter (22) was sexually-harassed by a man on a late train from London last night. He the picked wrong woman. She texted @BTP who stopped train, they arrested the perp and went to lengths to get her statement. She was very impressed by how they handled the incident 👏🏻👮🏻
It may just be a bit of name calling to the perpetrator. For the victim it could be yet another example of the kind of abuse they’ve had to endure throughout their life. Only the victim knows the true impact.

This image was taken at low water, on one of the lowest day time tides of the year. Tonight is the highest tide of the year at 8:38 pm at a height of 12.15m. An Orange warning was issued this am for the potential for road closures flooding about this time.
