अभी जब बांग्लादेश में शेख हसीना सरकार के तख्तापलट की चर्चा हो रही थी, तब आपको याद होगा कि उसमें अमेरिका की भूमिका और एक नाम-Donald Lu-की खूब चर्चा हुई थी।

अब यह नाम एक बार फिर चर्चा में है।

एक सीक्रेट पाकिस्तानी डिप्लोमेटिक cipher सामने आया है, जिसमें दावा किया गया है कि अमेरिका इमरान खान की सरकार से बेहद नाराज था और उनकी विदाई चाहता था।

यह cipher 7 मार्च 2022 का बताया जा रहा है। इसे उस समय वॉशिंगटन में पाकिस्तान के राजदूत आसद मजीद खान ने इस्लामाबाद भेजा था। इसमें Donald Lu के साथ हुई बातचीत का जिक्र है।

Donald Lu उस समय दक्षिण और मध्य एशिया के लिए अमेरिका के सहायक विदेश मंत्री थे।

इसमें बताया गया है कि अमेरिका खास तौर पर रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध पर इमरान खान के aggressively neutral रुख से नाराज था। उसी दौरान इमरान खान रूस दौरे पर भी गए थे, जिसे वॉशिंगटन ने अच्छा संकेत नहीं माना।

cipher के मुताबि��� Donald Lu ने कहा था कि अगर इमरान खान के खिलाफ अविश्वास प्रस्ताव सफल हो जाता है, तो-

“वाशिंगटन में सब माफ कर दिया जाएगा।”

लेकिन अगर ऐसा नहीं हुआ, तो आगे रिश्ते मुश्किल हो सकते हैं।

अब आपको आज के संदर्भ में यह समझ में आ जाएगा कि आखिर ईरान के साथ ��ध्यस्थता के लिए अमेरिका ने पाकिस्तान को ही क्यों चुना। इसी वजह से पाकिस्तान अमेरिका के साथ अपने रिश्तों को लेकर इतराता फिर रहा है, और ट्रंप भी जब-तब शहबाज शरीफ व आसिम मुनीर की तारीफ करते नजर आते हैं।

इससे बड़ा सबूत और क्या हो सकता है कि अमेरिका ने पाकिस्तान में अपना एक आज्ञाकारी और स्वामिभक्त सत्ता ढांचा खड़ा कर रखा है, जो उसकी रणनीतिक जरूरतों के हिसाब से काम करता है।

दुनिया भर में लोकतंत्���, मानवाधिकार और नियम आधारित व्यवस्था का पाठ पढ़ाने वाला अमेरिका खुद दुनिया भर में राजनीतिक अस्थिरता, सत्ता परिवर्तन और अराजकता फैलाता रहा है। पश्चिम एशिया से लेकर दक्षिण एशिया तक उसके हस्तक्षेप के परिणाम आज पूरी दुनिया भुगत रही है। ताजा उदाहरण यह युद्ध और अस्थिरता है, जिसके परिणाम हम सब भुगत रहे हैं।
