@FairfaxCountyPD @VirginiaDMV FX and Arlington has some very lazy detectives which take citizen's confidence away. Officers need to know how to effectively exam a driver for a drug use . Not everything is evident by looking into a driver's eye- A junkie almost killed 2 people and walked away
