Full-time job. Part-time swing trader. Sharing the whole journey: the trades, the lessons, the results and my faith. Public blog - Click the link below 👇
I have lost more money trading than most people who write about trading will ever admit to.
This week I put the whole thing online.
I am not a full-time trader. I have a job, a family and a mortgage. I look at my account before work and again after the house goes quiet. That constraint is not a footnote, it is the thing everything else is built around, and it is the part almost nobody writes about.
Trading looks easy from the outside. Timelines full of profit screenshots, the cars, the big houses. Very few talk about the process, or what it actually takes to get there.
My own story is not flattering.
An investment account that went backwards for fourteen years because I handed it to someone else and never looked. A crypto run in 2020 I mistook for skill. Six figures that became four because I told a friend there would be one more leg up and then I would sell, and the leg up never came. Prop firms that cost more than they paid. Years of what I now recognise as gambling with a better vocabulary.
It clicked at the start of 2026. Not before. The thing that changed was not a better indicator. It was building a process and finally understanding that the biggest obstacle was me.
So now I publish the results.
Every month since May 2025, adjusted for deposits, so what you see is what my trading did rather than what my bank transfers did. Up 44% across that run. Down 27% at the worst point. Both numbers are on the page, and every month goes up whether it flatters me or not.
Here is where I am today.
Nineteen closed trades this month. Zero winners. Sixteen losses, three scratches, account down 6.31%.
Nineteen straight losses and only six percent gone is not luck. It is position sizing, decided in advance, by a version of me who was not in a drawdown at the time. That post is up too, because a journal that only opens on good months is not a journal.
Every Saturday morning I write a review before the day starts. Where the market stands, what I actually did, what it cost me, the lessons I am taking from it, and the faith underneath all of it.
From this Saturday it goes out as a letter. Free, one email a week.

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. ”

$IGV I've not given up on Software yet. It looks like it needs some more time building out that right side before the next move. The declining volume is a good thing..... we'll give it some rest
My broader focus list for the week:
$BE $VIAV $AXTI $SITM $TER $MPWR $FLEX $COHR $TTMI $IONQ $MRVL $SPCX $AAOI $CBRS $RDW $APPF $SOFI $NOW $CLS $IREN $NTSK $BTDR $PGY $FSLY $ZS
Daily Focus list:
Names that I will be focused on for entries early next week: $IONQ $CRCL $NOW $AXTI $STX $VIAV $RDW
Weekly Focus list:
I'm seeing alot of Semiconductor and memory names pop-up on the scans today. Semis have been the strongest group last week and seem to be building momentum. I'm not discounting Software yet but think it needs a little more time.

@Stealthct_Storm No one has a crystal ball. Drawing lines 8months out on a chart doesn't mean it's going to play out like that.
We trade what we see and plan risk accordingly. Everything else is out of our control
