Para darle al juego permisos de Adminstrador, debes encontrar el juego en tu disco local donde tienes Steam, la carpeta SteamLibrary, Steamapps, Common, Helldivers 2, bin, ahi clic derecho en el ejecutable y ve a Opciones.

Las instrucciones estan en la segunda Imagen (ALT)

Con helldivers en la lista, vamos a cambiar la preferencia de GPU y activar la optimizacion para jugar con ventana.

La preferencia del GPU debe ser Alto Rendimiento, como vas a estar transmitiendo, tu juego estará en ventana sin bordes generalmente.
