As Twitter the *app* continues it’s hell spiral due to new leadership, I keep happily using @tweetbot for a feed without an algorithm, populated only by journalists, comedians, friends, and hilarious memes. More people should try a 3rd party Twitter experience.

After four years of weekly sourdough baking I can safely say I am an experienced baker. This week I am trying something new: a 100% rye loaf. Starting today, hoping to have a practice loaf done Friday. I have split my starter into a rye version to train for a few days. 🧵
