The official Odisha government emblem does NOT include the crushed enemy figure. The state emblem only uses the horseman-warrior motif, not the defeated figure below.
Odisha's emblem, A horseman warrior of Narasimhadeva I after killing a mleccha of Bengal Sultanate(lying below the horse with the horse stamping on it)!! Absolute chad logo. "Sasana" no Persian word "Sarkar" (like Bongs have it in their logo) for Govt!!
Remember today victims like Shova Majumdar, 85 yr old mother of bjp karyakarta
When TMC animals came looking for her son & couldnt find him, they beat her up instead, a helpless aged woman
She never recovered & passed away few days later
Hope her son gets justice now

I was in Bengal’s Panchla after Panchayat elections. I was headed to a victim’s house where a crude bomb was hurled. Within minutes, when the local TMC workers got a whiff of this, they surrounded me. 200 odd villagers. Snatched my mic and phone. The cameraman, a local freelancer, fled the scene. I stood there, frozen, while they heckled me, abused me, asked who had sent me. After an hour, I was rescued by local police and a company of MP Police that was stationed there.
Police indirectly intimidated me, that I shouldn't venture into areas without informing the cops. That's why no cases were registered. No testimonies. No proof. Just countless victims silenced.
🚨 West Bengal BJP manifest promises:
1. All unemployed youth will receive ₹3,000 every month.
2. Every pregnant mother will receive ₹21,000.
3. A 33% reservation in government jobs for women.
4. All women will get free bus travel.
5. PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi will be increased from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000.
I can walk into any private school in Delhi for an inspection, anytime.
Every school will state it clearly on its notice board, on its website, and at any store it operates that parents are free to buy uniforms, books and stationery from anywhere. There will be no coercion, no captive buying, no single-vendor diktat.
Ensure this without exception.
Any violation, any manipulation, will invite the toughest action available under the law. A takeover is not beyond consideration.
My inspections are not a gimmick. They are enforcement in action. They are driven by the voices of parents who have written to me, telling me where I must go next.
Keep sending your suggestions.
Fixing Delhi is our responsibility.
My Delhi. My responsibility.

So this is what Odisha took the decision yesterday:
Scaling down infrastructure, expanding quotas.
1. Scrapped Bhubaneswar Metro project: While other states push ahead with mass rapid transit, Odisha takes a step back.
2. Increased reservation in medical and technical education:
ST : 12% to 22.50%
SC : 8% to 16.25%
OBC : 11.25%
A clear shift in priorities.
@AnanyaDash11 People have been saying “Odia is dying in rkl” for years, yet it’s thriving loud & proud. If there’s real concern, look at Puri-hotels named after Bengal, hoardings in Bengali. RKL? A melting pot where even nonOdias speak Odia with pride.
Maybe we’re worrying about the wrong city
Remember how people on X love cooking up dramatic “autowala stories” for clout? This feels straight out of that same kitchen.
Meanwhile in Rourkela, even Telugu & Punjabi communities speak fluent Odia—with proper accent, even Sundargadi.
Clarification: LPG Refill Booking Timings
Reports circulating in sections of the news and on social media about changes in LPG refill booking norms are incorrect.
There is no change in LPG refill booking norms.
• Minimum gap between two refill bookings remains:
– 25 days in urban areas
– 45 days in rural areas
• These timelines continue as per existing guidelines.
Please, avoid panic booking. There is adequate LPG availability to meet demand.

#WATCH | Delhi: BJD MP Sasmit Patra says, "It is a very sad and shameful development that the ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel plants, which were originally planned for Odisha, are now being shifted to Andhra Pradesh. When Naveen Patnaik was the Chief Minister of Odisha, he travelled to Japan and signed an MoU with Nippon Steel. Consequently, Nippon Steel was set to build its own steel plant in Odisha... The second most critical issue is that Odisha’s minerals will be transported to Andhra Pradesh via a slurry pipeline. If every steel plant and industry moves out of Odisha, and our minerals and coal are exported through such pipelines, nothing will be left for the state. It is wrong for steel plants to be established in other states while using Odisha’s resources instead of developing them here. I believe if Lakshmi Mittal wants to produce steel, he should do so in Odisha rather than taking our minerals to Andhra Pradesh."
