@RobertJenrick You just came off a bit of a bully to the female presenter to be honest. Since when does an argument get won by shouting over or louder then anyone else.
@NichoLizzy Few years ago AFCB agreed to sign Jackson for £20m but we pulled out. Chelsea ended up buying him for £32m. Now you guys are trying to sell a player who you think is rubbish for €80m - same market
@Ellis_ Firstly Bournemouth don't want to sell, so the price is the price.
Also "mid table" clubs are now taking a risk signing players at £20-£50m. So when they go on to prove they're prem level, then the price becomes £60-£90m. Plus there's an added tax on English players.
@ready1878 I love the attitude (club and fans) of the "established big clubs". They are so entitled and think success will just come to them because they've been around for a while. Meanwhile the "small" teams are run better, work harder and outperform them every year.
@Afcb__AJ Nah. We've now seen a good sample of what Max has to offer at AFCB and Rangers. Seems a nice guy but he's not a Smith or RB Truffert. He should get games in the championship and we should move on
@GraemeBailey@TEAMtalk This guy (GB) is 90% bullshit. Love Ake, was a club legend but this serves no purpose. He'd want decent wages and is he going to want to be back up to the next left footed CB we buy? Unlikely and Ake doesn't deserve that. He needs to play and we move on to next big thing....
@OllieAFCB £5m a year makes it easier for him. Given his age, I'd imagine the advice he's getting and his mindset is probably get the best deal available and make some money before he gets 30+
@BKFCentral 💯 agree. Should go to big budget elite club or stayed at AFCB. We moved on a replacement quickly as is our model but I wonder now if a contract extension could have happened. No disrespect but Palace and Leverkusen are a side step - he deserves a chance at the top 4 team job
