16-hour workdays vs. curly hair 😭

By the time I get to my second shift, my curls are usually DONE. Dry, puffy, untamed, and slowly returning to the afro I was born with 😂

I like that wet-look, defined curl, but I don’t want to keep piling on gel, mousse, pomade or hairspray, especially when I’m going straight to sleep after work.

I found Paul Mitchell Curl Refreshing Mist, and this has become my midday reset. A few sprays help bring my curls back and reactivate the product already in my hair without leaving it crispy, stiff or heavy.

Basically, it gives my hair a second shift too. 😂

If your curls look completely different at 6 PM than they did at 6 AM, this one’s worth trying.

Lost my first Lamy Vista in less than 11 days… but loved it so much, I bought it again. 😅 This clear demonstrator is a modern classic ergonomic grip, sturdy fine nib, and it looks stunning with Noodler’s Blood Black ink (which dries into a cool dark brown/reddish tone on paper). Some inks just look better in a clear pen.

Both of these guys are incredible entertainers. Seeing them perform tonight, I couldn't help thinking this is only the beginning.
