Two little kids, carefully dropping every coin into their tin piggy bank. Clink… clink… you can see the pride on their faces. Then the ice-cream seller’s bell rings in the distance. In seconds the piggy bank is smashed on the floor. Coins everywhere. Ice cream wins.
It’s adorable. It’s hilarious.
But it’s also one of the most honest moments you’ll see today. Because that’s exactly how most of us live:
We build something meaningful… until the next temptation shows up and we shatter our own plans for a quick hit of joy.
The ice-cream truck always comes. The real question is: Are we teaching our kids (and reminding ourselves) how to keep the piggy bank intact when it does?
What’s one goal or “piggy bank” you’re protecting right now?
Or what’s the temptation that keeps making you break it? Be honest below, I’ll share mine too.
@icekied Our message is Christ not the church we attend. However, everyone of us should have a church.
Insisting that the person you are preaching to must come to your church has an agenda that goes beyond the message 'Christ and the kingdom of God'.
For me, personally I want to do some certification, change my car and a few other things.
Daily family needs are seriously catching up. I am sure most of us can relate

Sadness can make you feel stuck.
Depression can make even simple things feel difficult.
But your current feelings are not the final chapter of your story.
Some days, success is simply getting out of bed, showing up, and refusing to give up on yourself.
Could a simple, 5-second test really predict how long you will live? 🛑🧬
A massive new 2026 study in JAMA Network Open just confirmed it: your grip strength is one of the most powerful signals for your total lifespan. Researchers tracked thousands of adults and discovered that adding just 15 extra pounds to your grip strength massively boosts your chances of living a longer, healthier life.
Why does a hand squeeze matter so much? Because your grip strength is a direct mirror for your entire body. It shows exactly how healthy your nervous system is, and indicates your total overall muscle mass. As we age, muscle acts like physical armor keeping us independent and strong. If your grip is weak, your armor is fading!
The takeaway: Do not wait until you feel weak! Start doing push-ups, lifting weights, or even carrying heavy groceries today to build your armor back up.

Just imagine that after you have argued, shouted, sometimes spent money only to now discover that you were wrong all along.
Some action based on ignorance can be costly.
I hope this makes sense
Here is a lesson I have learnt: Never doubt some things some people say just because you have not seen or heard of it.
I remember some years growing up and learning the piano, one of my guys argued with me seriously that there were no minor notes.
There was nothing I didn't do to explain to these guy that these notes exist.
A few years later, growth happened, this guy was trained and exposed. He became very good.
So one day I said to him, you remember you said there was nothing like minor notes, he smiled.
You see don't be like that my friend, accept it, do your research, let your argument be fact based.
It is better.
