I’m not religious so I don’t usually lay tefillin unless I’m at the Kotel. I’m in Miami now. Was at the mall where I saw 2 young Chabadniks out of the corner of my eye. Their radar told them to come straight to me. In that split second I decided to lay tefillin for a few reasons.
The amazing team is heading out to celebrate Shavuos, ensuring that every community has a Minyan for Aseres Hadibros.
