Focussed on improving the mental and physical wellbeing of young people, LYR is a fantastic initiative helping to improve diversity, equality and inclusivity in rowing.

The relaunch also sees the start of a 'Coaching Development Programme' & 'Talent Inclusion Programme' - intended to give underrepresented groups access to the highest levels of the sport.
