@officialcalor My parents (both OAPs & 1 with Parkinson’s) requested tank decommission almost 2mnths ago. No reply to their emails & they’re STILL being charged. Last time they had issues with you they had to contact their local MP to resolve. Pls can you contact them ASAP.
