Translating a masters oil painting full of lost edges to a sketch using Da Vinci’s drawing tools is challenging, but a great learning exercise.
The new year break has given me lots of time & motivation to work on my current passion project - the Real-ink modern ink tool recreations I've been creating for Procreate and Photoshop over the last few years.
It's fun getting lost in the 100s of brushes and doing final tweaks.

It feels meaningful to help families memorialise loved ones like this, and it’s always a joy to learn about their life & journey.
One of my favourite projects this year was the opportunity to create a large scale archival piece of my Tiger and Butterfly artwork 🦋 🐅 It’s on a slightly metallic base that adds a gorgeous depth to the colours - something you really have to see in person to appreciate.
