I can no longer bear all this pain. My city is devastated, and Israel has destroyed everything that symbolizes life—hospitals, schools, universities, streets, cultural centers, and historical sites. My blood pressure is high, and my heartbeats are irregular. I feel almost insane. We don't deserve this; Gaza does not deserve the world's silence.
