[Gabe E. Cruz @GabeECruz18]

Beyond proud of Jayce, one of the hardest working and well respected by his peers. His freshman year was just a sample size of what he's capable of!

Your warmup is exactly that, a warmup.

If you hit all your spots, great, but it can’t be the end of the world if you don’t.

Get your mind ready to compete & go play offense on the mound.

Alex Mihalakis is having a tremendous season.

Currently, 5-0, 30.1 innings pitched, 2.08 ERA, has only allowed 14 hits.

Commands 3 pitches. Developed a splitter that has been lights out.

A+ teammate. A guy who can start or come out of the pen.

Currently uncommitted.

[Nick Sanzeri @SanzeriBaseball]

Foot down, then throw. The feeling we’re searching for.

Allow your delivery to happen, get to a strong position at foot strike, then bring down the house.

Stay sideways as long as possible.

Rhythm before foot strike & violence after. Rotate late, be patient.

The most athletic pitcher I've seen!

[Nick Sanzeri @SanzeriBaseball]

Jake Barbeau has been one of our most consistent performers.

• Upper 8’s FB with low release height/carry, will touch 91-92

• Has a plus low to mid 8’s curveball 😳

Competitive, dawg mentality. A++ teammate. Controls the running game & fields his position.

Jake can help give your bullpen depth. He is currently uncommitted.

[Nick Sanzeri @SanzeriBaseball]

The secret is coiling & uncoiling the back hip.

We call it ‘hiding the hip’ from the catcher.

Gathering momentum over the back leg + building torque simultaneously.

Creates easy velocity.

@FlatgroundApp

[Nick Sanzeri @SanzeriBaseball]

Matt Rowatt is currently uncommitted.

He is planning on making a decision in the next 2-3 weeks.

• 87-90, T 91-92
• Commands Slider, Curveball & Split
• Dawg mentality, a guy you want on your side
• Closed for us last season, will be our opening day conference starter this year
