I'm close to just stopping dialysis and letting whatever happens happen. I'm sick of my life being: wake up, send in dialysis report, tear down dialysis, (2 hours me time), set up dialysis, hook up to dialysis,try to sleep, wake up ... #SometimesDeadIsBetter

I don't know what's different about me lately, I just hate any fried food. I can taste the grease and nobody cleans or changes theirs enough. I know it's expensive, but if you make your money with fried food, spend the little extra to make sure your oils clean people can taste it

Having my dad, my brother and myself all living together and me doing all the cooking (which I enjoy), having a pot of chili to eat for a couple days and vacuum sealed frozen bags for about 3-6 meals, depending on what we want makes it a lot easier

It's just before 5am and I can't sleep at all. I've spent the last hour chopping and dicing onions, bell and jalapeno peppers and garlic to start a pot of chili in a little bit. Then again, my chili takes half a day to prepare. But I make enough to freeze a few gallons, too
