I asked my SO to pick out 12 books for me to read in 2023, one for each month. Each will be a surprise as they're all wrapped. The original plan was to read one each month but patience is a virtue we're working on.
Enjoy my 2023 book adventure, starting Dec 2022.
@BerniceCBC We were disappointed with a restaurant last year to get frozen fish. The community it's in is known for its fresh fish. Restaurants should definitely be more transparent. We didn't think to ask and learned our lesson the hard way.
I hope everyone enjoyed my video about the cooking and history of Tourtiere on Sunday.
The next Cooking With History video will be about Jigg's Dinner. I will be getting the ingredients tomorrow and hopefully cooking it up in the coming days.

Happening is a 5β I'm already looking up her other works. A stark example of why safe abortion access is a necessity, how far we've come while still having a long distance to go.

I chose the smallest book for August so I could get caught up. Happening by Annie Ernaux. I was curious how this one became a selection until I googled. The author was the 2022 Nobel prize winner literature (no sticker on my copy, haha)! Bound to be an interesting read π
@mynlcorner I went to UPEI (coming from Labrador) and a classmate asked me how I charged my vehicle with such a small cord π don't feel too bad, you're definitely not the only one.
