I’m not talking about any artist in particular. I’m talking about the culture on here of just abusing people because you can. It’s not like you would walk down the street screaming out loud about the people you dislike a small bit.
Sometimes there is a moment when you know things will never be the same. A precise moment in time when turning back is no longer an option. Hundreds raised their sword ready to meet Death.

I love creating my villain and hero at the same time. Although they tend to be total opposites in certain aspects they are very much alike. I try to always give my villain as much attention as the hero since they are just as crucial to my story.

So I have a habit of collecting all types of writing prompt but I usually don't write small pieces to go with them. I tend to collect them because I use them to give my ideas or inspirations for my current projects. It might be something really small or … https://t.co/6QIbNIbsd4
I've been editing and adjusting my WIP recently but the general feel for the book is still the same. This short snippet describes how all my characters feel just change the tone some and either my protagonist or antagonist could say it.

So I know that one of the biggest cliches in stories is the ball scenes between the love interest but I cannot help but still love it.
Are there any cliches that others hate but you are still madly in love with?

As a reader, I love losing myself in a book and forgetting that I'm not in the book myself. As a writer, I try to do the same. I'll act out the whole scene by myself if need be.

A quick tip when starting your novels don't info dump. It's not exciting. You have another 300 pages to tell us about the world, history, character, etc. Focus on making a big impact.

I've moved the Stormlight Four outlining percentage bar on my website up to 25%! For more details, see my reddit post from a few weeks back: https://t.co/n7XBGi2bYp
I'm making good progress on the outline for Stormlight four, though I need to pause for a few weeks and do a quick revision of Starsight (Skyward Two) so that it will be ready in time for a release next fall.
Hey @realDonaldTrump,
Your policies have greatly angered me, so I have summoned a powerful dragon. As proof of its existence, I have commanded it to begin eating the moon.
Resign at once, or I will command it to destroy you.
Sincerely yours,
Pat Rothfuss (Wizard)

I started planning my next WIP as I finish Way of Gods' 1st draft. Initially, it was two separate story ideas that I merged, so the working title is A Wicked Wraith. There is very little I can say about the project at the moment.… https://t.co/cNzJwKT39A

The best book I've read so far this year is WE ARE NOT OURSELVES, by Matthew Thomas. An old-fashioned page turner. Deep emotional resonance. 4 years old now, so try Amazon or your library. You'll thank me. Hope he's writing a new one.
