@HProductiva This is exactly right. Sustainability is everything in weight loss. I’ve lost 11 kg in 5 months following this and I still eat the things I love (but are “bad”). A secret extra is high intensity exercise. This supercharges the diet change effects 👌🏻

@saintsfcreport You broke the rules… not once, not twice, three times - and probably a lot more. If it was during regular season, you’d prob have a 10+ point deduction- which would result in same punishment. Not disproportionate 😊

@AdamAzor Leeds did it once when there was no law against it… SFC did it three times (probably more but only got caught 3 times) and there’s a law now. The EFL couldn’t retrospectively apply a points penalty but if they could have, wouldn’t have made the playoffs. It’s proportionate 👌🏻

I’d given up. Only went for the jolly. Turned into one of the best feelings in 40 years of following #pompey. It also showed me how much the players genuinely care. So many blocks and bodies thrown on the line - and so much joy at the end - fans and players alike. PUP💙

@pn_neil_allen @KieranMaguire The PST analysis was superb and really helpful. The reason we look so bad and keep needing owner input is that our player trading is hopeless! If we solve the academy issue and do better in buying / growing / selling, the P&L would look a lot better. We can’t compete currently 😬

@ptidlou External debt is the big risk and it’s not that. Not looking for a fight… but it’s a hugely significant difference. All this risk remains with Tornante… not the club.
