@Miele_UK_ towards the £180 call out fee (they said if an engineer couldn’t resolve it the money would go towards it but I said no engineer rang) they said no we can’t put the £59 towards an in person call out fee. So they’ve breached their side of the contract by not calling
@Miele_UK_ I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 decades and never have I had such appalling service as today. I paid £59 for a two hour time slot for a remote video call and after 2 hours no call. Miele didn’t call within 3 hours and when I rang to say please can we put the £59
