@monkiworld @monkiworld well the funds have definitely been removed and not been dropped back, I rang up and asked if I needed to collect my parcel from the depot to return myself but was told not to and that it would be sorted - however it hasn’t and it’s been nearly 3 weeks now

@monkiworld it has been over 2 weeks now that I cancelled my order (within 24hrs of placing it) - I’ve called up twice now to ask what is happening with my refund, when I was initially told it would be a fast process as my parcel hadn’t even left the warehouse... pls advise?
