Annika Schleu deserved to lose IMO. If she can't calm down & focus on the horse's mood, and ride him the way he needs to be ridden, then she isn't Gold Medal material.
Poor Saint Boy didn't deserve to be whipped and punched like that. #ModernPentathlon

@AlexHoadSport She didn't ride, she came in crying and then resorted to whipping him when she was the one at fault. Terrible to watch.

@BouncebackSport @catelliott76 She came into the arena in tears and didn't ride, the horse didn't have a chance. I get that he's not the easiest but they need to be given confidence and she did the exact opposite. Dreadful to watch
