我经常听到有人跟我说，远洋捕捞已经没了，现在国家不允许这么干了。

我离开中国已经两年了，人在外面待久了，再回头看过去的一些事情，反而比身在其中时看得更清楚。

“远洋捕捞”这个词当然是今天才有的，但它背后的逻辑，从来不是什么新鲜事。

今天不让这样做，也自然会出现今天的新办法，名称可以变，形式可以变，甚至理由都可以变，但只要背后的利益驱动没有消失，它就很难真正消失。

司马迁在《史记·货殖列传》中早就写过：天下熙熙，皆为利来；天下攘攘，皆为利往。

两千多年过去，人性并没有发生多大的变化。

《史记》里还有一句很值得玩味：富者得势益彰，失势则客无所���。

所以在中国，生意人安全不安全，从来不是钱是否干净。

当一个人的财富积累到一定规模，他就会变得越来越显眼，钱越多，盯着你的人往往也越多，有人研��你的生意，有人研究你的关系，有人研究你的过去，也有人等着看你的靠山什么时候倒。

真要认真翻一个人或者一个企业几十年的账，想找出一点问题，并不困难，特别是在在中国的特殊国情下，不行贿，不找靠山，几乎是很难做大任何企业。

很多时候，不是这个人永远没有问题，而是他现在还有价值，不是永远没人动他，而是时机还没到。

所以，有人告诉我国家已经明令禁止远洋捕捞了，我当然相信政策是真的，整治也是真的。

但制度可以禁止一种手段，却很难靠一纸禁令消灭人对利益的追逐。

太阳底下没有多少新鲜事。

Just wondering which #Commons user uploaded their original works that were created earliest? Which users are top 10? If we extend to people who have not operated Commons accounts but donated files expressly to Commons?
Probably users who have been photographing in 1940s/1930s?

If you grew up in Europe, you may not be able to understand that Chinese internet users are basically cut off from the rest of the world. China has the harshest censorship system in the world. It has a population of 1.4 billion, and the number of internet users is now almost that high as well, but only one in twenty — perhaps even fewer — have the ability and the tools to access the open internet. In my eyes, no matter who they are, anyone who helps Chinese people access the internet and understand the world is a hero.
