This woman in Ghaziabad is caught on camera repeatedly beating street dogs and breaking their water bowls. Doesn't this fall under a public menace?

What makes this even worse is that she had previously signed a written mutual settlement (Faisla Nama) explicitly promising that she would never harm the dogs again. Yet, she has completely ignored her own commitment and continues this ruthless abuse unabated.

This is a direct violation of Section 11(1)(a) & (h) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PCA) Act, 1960 and a serious, cognizable offense under Section 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which carries a punishment of up to 5 years in prison.

Strict legal action must be taken against her immediately!

A viral video showed Simba being brutally caught by local Nagar Nigam authorities. Subsequent inquiries by animal welfare volunteers allegedly revealed that the complaint against Simba was false and made through local influence.

Volunteers searching for Simba reportedly found other healthy community dogs abandoned in the jungle. The local dog catcher allegedly admitted that residential dogs are being picked up on false complaints and relocated because there is no facility available to keep them..
