One cleaner showed up twice on my dashboard under two spellings of her name. Merging her margins was one click. Her complaints lived in another system with another key. Same person, 3 tools, 3 IDs. "Merge these records" is never one action.
Audited my own cleaning crew with a dashboard I built. Found people taking paid jobs with no W-9 on file. Not fraud, just hiring and onboarding drifting apart as you grow. Now it flags automatically.
@robertodjg Quality issues. Hiring contractors rapidly to keep up with growth. If the customer is fuming We usually prefer to refund and then fire the contractor if they’re new rather than deal with the customer. Depends on the situation
Tampa: LTV:CAC of 5.82. Panama City: 6.24. Two of the best markets I have and I almost ignore them because they aren't Miami. Margin doesn't care where you're from.
There's a lot of AI hype out there but not many people showing what's actually working in real businesses.
This one coaches my sales reps by analyzing every conversation they have and sending me the report.
Steal the sauce - or hire me to do it for you. Up to you
I fully believe that within 2 years I can build so many interconnected systems that my business will run at massive scale with almost no back office staff. Very exciting time to be an entrepreneur
@AccountantMurph Wait till you find out your techs are performing at 50% capacity because your systems suck and so then you 3x your techs and bankrupt yourself
Showed a cleaning owner the dashboard I run my company on. He stopped me halfway: "Wait, you built this? This is custom?" Yeah. For my own business first. That's the only reason I know what yours needs.
$3000+ in revenue today on 10+ cleans. Hours and hours of headaches, all around cleaner hiring and quality. Major SOP upgrades happening this week, excited to fix this problem and move on to the next.
Closed a dashboard build with a company that has its own dev team. I asked why they didn't just build it. "It never hits the priority list. There's always 50 more important things." That gap is my whole business.
Audited my booking pipeline. 1 in 5 confirmed jobs never becomes a completed clean. About $25K a quarter I'd already counted, just gone. Most owners know their revenue. Almost none know this number.
