we had a booking in Aura Homes from 7-10th nov 2023 and we booked through make my trip and paid full amount of Rs. 15922/- at the time of booking. the booking site provided false details about the safety and facilities of the property.

we moreover didn't checked in there and we came out from there for the sake of our safety. As a tourist and as a customer we were harrassed by the property owner, their men and the medium that is Make my trip itself and wasted almost 2.5hrs requesting them. @tourismgoi

Also my aged mother got sick by their aggression. we requested them to cancel our booking but they denied showing their policies. it was impossible for anyone to be aware of their unsafe and unfriendly attitude before visiting there. @narendramodi @tourismgoi @gkishanreddy

Even the owner of the property didn't prepared anything for our stay and didn't provided any hospitality instead showed heavy anger. we with our aged mother were tremendouly harrased at the location and we didn't find the place safety for our stay. @narendramodi @tourismgoi
