March update... We are delighted to have received formal listed building consent last week and are still working with @LBofBromley to complete the required paperwork to secure the formal planning permission for the scheme, fingers crossed this won't take too much longer...

Ahead of the planning meeting at Bromley Council tomorrow, here's my letter in support of the @RoyalBellHotel. I know how frustrated many residents are that this beautiful building has been left vacant for so long. I believe this proposal is a good way of putting that right.
