🏘️ We’ve delivered the UK’s largest new council home development: Kidbrooke Park Road, with 452 homes for social rent.

🏗️ We’re nearing our target of 1,750 new council homes and have committed to delivering 6,000 more, as well as investing £278m in existing council homes.

Building London's next great riverside neighbourhood starts now.

Today, @MrOkereke signed off the next phase of work at Charlton Riverside. 8,000 new homes. 1,000 jobs. All of it geared towards growth.

Because standing still isn't an option in a housing crisis.
