@Sshantasm@RoyalMail They’re shocking, I paid nearly £10 for a letter to be delivered next day and nearly 2 weeks later they received it, and to no shock Royal Mail refused to refund me even with the receipts.

@RoyalMail How do I know if my item will be delivered? It should have been delivered last Saturday but you claimed i wasn't in when I was & I have a ring doorbell to prove you didn't attempt to deliver it
@RoyalmailOff Hello I ordered a parcel to be delivered 48 hours which was sent Monday.
On Wednesday I was told the parcel was out for delivery but never delivered. This happened again Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - still nothing.

@RoyalMail I posted a letter on Wed 1st April. First class. Still not arrived. All it had to do is travel 20miles. This is a regular occurrence. UK Royal Mail Postage service is failing. I would like my stamp money back. How do I get a refund?

@RoyalMail this is disgusting!! This parcel has taken 30 days to get to me!! So much so I have asked the sender for a refund I thought it wanst arriving at all. God forbid anything important needs sending. Not acceptable

I submitted a refund claim 22 January 2026 with all the relevant paperwork. I am still waiting for a response. @RoyalMail states it should take at least 30 days to make a decision. I have heard nothing at all. Can someone please get in touch and arrange for my refund.
