Hello Manchester United fans, if you could pick any jersey number for me, which one would it be?
Which number is the most iconic, and which do you think suits me best? 🔴
Hello @solanamobile@toly@m_it
I am writing to follow up once again, as it has now been six (6) days since your support team informed us that the issue would be reviewed. Unfortunately, no update or feedback has been provided since then.
This delay continues to affect many Nigerian customers who have fully paid for their devices but have not received them. The lack of communication is becoming increasingly concerning, especially given the ongoing airdrops and time-sensitive benefits tied to the Solana Phone.
We respectfully request a clear update on the status of this issue. If delivery to Nigeria cannot be resolved promptly, we ask that you consider returning the devices and issuing refunds, rather than allowing customers to continue incurring losses due to prolonged delays.
We would appreciate your urgent attention and a definitive response.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Abdullahi Tukur

Dear @solanamobile Team,
We are writing on behalf of Nigerian customers who ordered the Solana Phone.
We completed full payment for the device, including all required taxes and fees as instructed. However, upon arrival in Nigeria, our phones were held by Customs in Lagos. As of today, some of these shipments have been stuck for over 40 days.
Nigerian Customs are demanding an additional $500 customs duty, and we are currently unclear whether:
This fee applies per phone, or
It is a general charge on the entire shipment sent by Solana Mobile.
Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, there has been no clear update or progress from Solana Mobile regarding this issue. We believe it is Solana Mobile’s responsibility to urgently engage with the relevant parties, investigate the situation, and clearly communicate the status to affected customers.
We respectfully request:
1. An urgent investigation into all Solana Phone shipments sent to Nigeria.
2. Clear clarification on the customs charges being demanded.
3. Immediate communication on the next steps for Nigerian customers.
We remain hopeful that Solana Mobile will treat this matter with urgency and provide a swift resolution.
Thank you.
