Ordered custom boots for my daughter on 30 June (Order C01509769908). Still not delivered. Poor comms, broken promises, agents cutting me off mid-chat. Shocking service from @Nike @NikeService — 10+ weeks and no resolution.

@Nike Nike failed to deliver my daughter’s custom boots for 11+ weeks (Order C01509769908). Parcel stuck in the UK over £13.24 fee Nike should pay. Weeks of lies & being cut off in chat, I paid it myself just to get the boots. Nike now refuse to refund me. Shocking. @Nike @NikeService

@Nike @Nike @NikeService Contacted again this morning still held up with UPS over an unpaid fee, agent gave me an update and ran of the call within seconds giving me no chance to reply - I can't get my head around Nike can give such bad service!

@Nike @Nike @NikeService Done all that UPS have the package and won't deliver until Nike pay the customs charge that's outstanding - see attached. The rep on help earlier just left the chat didn't answer my questions. It really is shocking service.
