I beat the SEC in court. The SEC did not drop its case against me. The judge completely dismissed their case for both failure to state a claim and lack of jurisdiction. This is why PulseChain, PulseX and HEX gained legal certainty that almost no other coin has, even Ethereum.

They judge also rejected the SEC's abandoned alter ego theory. This is a victory for open source software, free speech, PLS, PLSX, HEX and I.

HEX has been re-enabled on Uniswap. Thanks @Uniswap! Uniswap makes really secure software and gave a way tons of free money with their airdop. I was one of the first people to promote Uniswap heavily. HEX used to actually be half of Uniswap's volume for a good while back in 2020-2021. Shout out to Uniswap for being one of the first to make DeFi great and showing HEX the respect it's earned after 5 years of flawless operation.

Maybe this is the start of a new era of fairness towards HEX elsewhere as well.

It's great that the SEC is dropping cases that should have never been started, congrats! Some were denied only partially, like in Coinbase the judge dropped the wallet charge. XRP beat the "all tokens are securities" wrap, but lost on another charge and got a fine.

I figured it out. Because PulseChain is a fully stateful fork of Ethereum, there's the WETH contract that came over in the fork. Which is just equal to 1 PLS (because you can convert them 1:1 at will.) What you care about is the WETH bridged in from Ethereum.

This is one of the best charts I've ever seen. I've never shown it before. This is the PLSX price vs Ethereum chart. People that swapped their ETH for PLSX are up 4.5x their ETH in 15 months. Look at how consistent it is!
