@virginmedia is literally a joke. I tried to upgrade my broadband to Gig1 and they say it will be £62 per month. I said well on the website it say it's £60 per month which they say it is not... What the hell. Its right damn there £60p/m for 18 month contract!

@virginmedia Literally makes more sense to close the account completely and open as a new member, you give no perks for your long term customers anyway. I refer partner get £50 and close my account.
This is ridiculous

@virginmedia No where does it say it is for new customers only offer.. Also the fact that I am not allowed to upgrade ot via website anyway I must call to upgrade to Gig1 Fiber broadband just to be told I will have to pay £35 fee and it will be £62per month...

@virginmedia It is on the website, standard price since you don't appreciate your loyal customers to offer them just a tad better prices anyways. But your CS say it is not £60 per month almost as im making it up... It's been £60 on your website for quite some time...
