Here are CNN and MSNBC hosts and guests defending violent protesters this summer. The same condemnation should occur for all violent protesters regardless of their politics. But that doesn’t happen in today’s media:
Politics live updates: 2nd Trump impeachment proceedings could come next week, says assistant House Speaker Katherine Clark https://t.co/pCNIruAma0 via @usatoday
Facebook banning Pres. Trump should send chills down your spine. If they can censor the President of the United States, you don’t have a chance. We are heading down a dangerous path of McCarthyism and Orwellian behavior.
.@KamalaHarris: "We witnessed two systems of justice when we saw one that let extremists storm the United States Capitol, and another that released tear gas on peaceful protesters last summer...We know this is unacceptable. We know we should be better than this."
Struck by how breaching of Capitol bldg by jackasses is portrayed as the worst thing that’s ever happened. It was awful but not even close to the years-long destruction of cities by Dem associated gangs & lives & businesses destroyed by hypocritical lockdown-crazed politicians 1/
Woke up worried about the future of our country. So sad about the loss of life & violence that took place yesterday. So frustrated with the stunning hypocrisy of a media that excused political violence for months. There will never be unity with such a dishonest & biased media.
In the middle of today's difficulties, Americans should remember we have a foreign force that should unite us. China last night rounded up Hong Kong's democratic leaders. As we face inward, China pounced and violated its sworn agreement to Hong Kong and the world. Don't forget.
