@WallStreetApes You only pay for PMI for up to 20% of the cost of the property. After that PMI goes away. If the house value goes up after a few years, refinance and put the equity towards the house, no more PMI!

@kaseyklimes Safety also plays a factor in all of these. With mass shooting and sex trafficking on a rise it’s hard to just “drop” the kids off somewhere. There is also the safety of large groups, these places may not have the staff to handle the crowds

@_AuntieLee Buy a condo instead of renting. You are putting equity into the place without any of the upkeep of a full home. 5-10 yrs from now you sell for profit and upgrade/travel.
