🏈⚽🏀 Happy National Athletic Trainers Month to our team at Rutherford County Schools!
Led by Dr. Brad Rohling, our Athletic Trainers are dedicated to keeping our student-athletes safe, healthy, and ready to compete.
Our athletic programs and athletes are stronger because of them.
Byron Cunningham, LA Rams Athletic Trainer and 2024 Tim Davey Award recipient, is showing how athletic trainers go beyond the sidelines. Partnering with Henry Schein and PFATS, Byron helped his alma mater, John L. LeFlore Magnet High School, build a fully equipped athletic training room—giving future student-athletes access to care, safety and opportunity.
High school athletic trainer Ian Rogol now has the tools to support his athletes, thanks to this incredible collaboration. This is what athletic trainers do best: lead, inspire and give back to our communities.

RCS Athletic Trainers provide a great service to our schools and parents by providing care on campus. These numbers equal less missed class time for students and less money parents spend on athletic injuries.

They’re the best in their fields. They’re the gameday medical team.
This is how they prepare to care for players – at #SBLIX and every single NFL game.
On this Veterans Day, we salute and honor all those who have served our country. Your bravery and dedication are deeply appreciated. Thank you for your service. 🇺🇸
