@RailUsersIe Surely if the stations with the highest levels of evasion are Laytown and Gromanston, it indicates that the fare is too high and unfair, compared to stations of equal distance from Dublin. The NTA could just reduce the fare and introduce the leap card.

@TFIupdates The new Student Card is an amazing idea, but why is it not for 15-25 year olds? That’s the age bracket according to the UN. Children over the age of 15 have to pay full fares unless in the SHZ, where they can use a special leap card, but why not include them in this?
